Sacred Heart Transition Team
The Transition Team consists of parishioners appointed or approved by Bishop Mark O’Connell. They were initially asked to help prepare for the January 2024 parish-wide vote that determined our future as a personal parish.
Subsequently, the group was asked to assist with the transition from a collaborative to an independent parish. They will work with others from a variety of parish ministries. This larger group will facilitate the discernment process that will determine Sacred Heart's focus as a personal parish.
