First Choir Rehearsal
Thursday, September 10
The choir is excited to begin a new season with our new Choir Director, Lynn Burns. Rehearsal will be held every Thursday from 7:00-8:30 pm. All ages are welcome!
Hospitality Resumes
Sunday, September 13
After a summer recess, weekly hospitality will return after the 10:00 am Mass. Please contact Pauline Burke or Bruce Jackan to learn more about how you can contribute.
Women’s Book Group
Tuesday, September 15
The women’s book group will resume meeting on the second Tuesday of the month from 2:30-3:30 pm. The first book of the season will be Band of Sisters by Lauren Willig.
Dorothy Day Book Guild
September 30 to November 4
A series of six weekly Zoom discussions of The Selected Letters of Dorothy Day, led by editor Robert Ellsberg, will be held on Wednesdays from 8:00-9:15 pm.
Faith Formation Starts
Sunday, October 4
Faith Formation for both adults and children will be offered the first Sunday of each month, starting at 11:15 am.
A New Mass of Creation
Sunday, September 27
In August, the Vatican approved a new Mass, For the Care of Creation, and we are looking forward to celebrating the Season of Creation with this new liturgy.
Poetry Reading
Friday, October 23
Regie Gibson, Massachusetts Poet Laureate, and local youth poets will read their work from 7:00-8:30 pm. The evening is titled Creation: First Lights, First Flights. All are welcome.
